Gargduff Skragrot, the biggest ork of the lot. At first I was a bit unsure of doing this conversion, but then I had an idea and I just had to do it.
The base model is Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka with his arms repositioned to give him a different pose, this was to make sure his shoulder pads would fit properly. His shoulder pads are nothing more than two Ghazghkull's metal gobs. They were slightly carved and bent to make them fit onto Gargduff's shoulders. Then I cut out two thin bits of plasticard in the shape of each of the shoulder pads to bulk them out a bit. Then using green stuff I made bolts on the shoulder pads. To finish Gargduff off I put exhaust pipes from a Ork gargant on his back, stuck a mega armour metal gob on his jaw line (with some bolts on either side to make it look like it's attacked to his jaw), filled in any gaps with green stuff, make the base a bit more dramatic with sheet of metal and empty bolt shells, and the model is ready to paint.
I'm not very original when it comes to colour schemes. so I decided to go all Goff; black armour, checkered stripes, and lots of chipped paint due to lots of battles. I painted Gargduff's gob red to make it stand out.
